While Chain Breakers Ministries operate as a ministry of the local church—Chain Breaker Meetings can be started by anyone, at any time, held anywhere. All meetings function as a fellowship of trusted servants, without leadership, functioning as a group conscience. 
 

These Traditions Honor the fellowship model (no governing leaders in meetings) are the spiritual guardrails that protect the unity, message and mission of Chain Breakers Recovery meetings. They ensure that as we grow and multiply, we remain anchored in Christ, aligned in purpose and effective in reaching those still lost and struggling. The mission to save and transform lives, break chains and save souls must come before personalities. Groups survive and thrive through unity around the mission and the Gospel.
